The Ray School is seeking to hire Office Receptionist starting in the 2024-2025 school year. 

 

Qualifications include a sincere enjoyment of elementary students and their families, the ability to communicate in a positive manner, excellent phone skills, proficiency in various computer technology systems, and strong organizational skills. The Office Receptionist’s duties include welcoming guests and greeting visitors of the school as well as enforcing basic entry security measures. The Office Receptionist will also coordinate front-desk activities, including attendance, arrival/dismissal, distributing correspondence, answering and redirecting in-coming phone calls, other general office duties as needed.

 

This is a school-year (August - June), full-time (40 hours), fully benefited position.
